* The Lodge is a luxurious, tranquil, and peaceful accommodation for 2 people with a private relax pool in the Lot Valley.

 

*To preserve the serenity and beauty of the location, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines.

 

* Included in the rental price: towels, bed linen, tea towels, initial supply of toiletries and kitchen essentials, water, electricity, heating, wifi, parking, and final cleaning.

 

*Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

 

*For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. However, smoking is allowed outside, so everyone can enjoy a pleasant stay.

 

*Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. We absolutely love animals and have a small dog ourselves, but to keep our accommodation as clean and comfortable as possible for everyone, we unfortunately cannot allow other pets. We hope for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you for a relaxing stay!

 

*You are booking directly with the owner. All-inclusive price (no surprises after your stay).

 

*We do not accept credit cards.

 

*The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit plus a €300 security deposit. Payment can be made in advance via bank transfer. The remaining amount can be paid on-site in cash, via smartphone apps, or by bank transfer. The €300 security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage to the accommodation is found.

 

*Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made in writing 6 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, the total booking amount will be charged.
