* The Lodge is a luxurious, tranquil, and peaceful accommodation for 2 people with a private relax pool in the Lot Valley.

 

*To preserve the serenity and beauty of the location, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines.

 

* Included in the rental price: towels, bed linen, tea towels, initial supply of toiletries and kitchen essentials, water, electricity, heating, wifi, parking, and final cleaning.

 

*Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

 

*For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. However, smoking is allowed outside, so everyone can enjoy a pleasant stay.

*Pool Maintenance During Your Stay
At Lodge144, we do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To ensure the water quality of the private pool remains perfect, we carry out a short maintenance visit halfway through the week. This means we will stop by on Wednesday (or another time in consultation) to empty the skimmer and vacuum the pool.

We keep the visit as brief as possible and, of course, respect your privacy. That way, you can continue to enjoy a refreshing swim without any worries!

 

*Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. 

 

*You are booking directly with the owner. All-inclusive price (no surprises after your stay).

 

*The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit plus a €300 security deposit.
Payment can be made in advance via bank transfer. Upon arrival, we kindly ask you to pay the remaining balance. This can be done in cash, via smartphone apps, or by bank transfer.

The security deposit serves as a safeguard against any potential damage or violation of the house rules.
If the lodge is left in good condition and no damage is found, the deposit will be fully refunded to your account within 1-7 days after departure. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit.

 

*Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made in writing 6 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, the total booking amount will be charged.
